Thank you so much for your interest in The New Open Ways

We, the enthusiastic Reincarnation Team, are so excited for you to join us on this journey of connecting community by taking what we loved most that worked well in the past and synergizing it with the technologies available now—nostalgic pleasure meets modern efficiency. This project is fully created and run by volunteers who are passionate about it.*

In the process of building the website, we are focused on the main foundational framework first, the events calendar, and the community directory.

We have so many great ideas for expanding with additional content, including reboots of many of our old favorites from the original Open Ways, as well as new additions to get excited about. Our goal is to co-create a “living room space” for our PNW community to find each other on the internet AND out in the real world.

Future plans can be found at the Future Plans page

To be added to the community directory, please complete the Google Form on the Community Directory page.

If you’d like to be included in the advertising pages, please reach out to Aurora at aurorawinddancer@gmail.com and we’ll reach out to get further details from you.

Blessings,

*The initial three years of domain names and site hosting have been fully sponsored. Directory listings and advertising are intended to also be FREE to the whole community (for at least the first three years). After that, the group may find another full sponsor in the community to keep it completely free, may choose to accept smaller sponsorships, or to charge a small amount for ads to cover website costs. (We’ll see what makes sense in 3 years). For now, we can focus on building and creating.

This is not intended to be a business or a non-profit. We prefer to keep money out of it as much as possible. Our group intention is to build an all-inclusive, all-accessible, free-to-the-community resource.
